Privacy

The ExactMelt app has no account or profile. Search terms and calculation inputs are used to return calculator results and public coin facts. The app does not save prompts, searches, conversations, coin quantities or user identifiers, and its search history lasts only while the widget is open. Website links record anonymous click events for aggregate reporting: destination path, source, host app, surface, public coin ID when present, country when supplied by hosting, time, environment and a bot flag. These records contain no calculator settings, result values, IP addresses, cookies or user identifiers. Click events are kept until the owner sets a retention rule.

When you use the app through an AI provider, that provider receives your messages and the tool results under its own privacy terms. Coin calculations read the same public metal-price services as the website; your search and coin inputs are not sent to those services. Hosting providers may process ordinary request logs.

The website can keep worksheets in your browser when you choose to save them. This is separate from the app. The PDF report link opens the website with your selected calculator settings and the displayed price snapshot in its address. Browser history and ordinary hosting logs may retain that address. Search text and chat messages are not added to it.
